Airstream PJ Alert!
Ladies, if you missed out, it’s not too late! These are the turquoise cotton flannel pj’s with Airstreams and pink flamingos. We bought up a flock at the request of members that couldn’t get to or don’t have Target stores near them, and we still have some left. $30/pair; all sizes (S,M,L,XL,XXL) are available but in limited amounts. Wisconsin Vintage – We’re Just Camping
WI Vintage is a group of Airstream enthusiasts that are getting together and going camping. These are informal gatherings to share ideas, tell lies, sit around the campfire and go out and enjoy our Airstreams. If you have a “Vintage” state of mind and are going camping share that with us and we will try to join you. Keep an eye on this space as Sandy and I will be posting our next get together and invite you to join us.

August 22-24 – Columbia County Park-Just Camping This County park is on the shore of Lake Winnebago just 20 minutes north of Fond du Lac off of highway 151. In the village of Pipe where Cty Hwy “W” joins 151 you turn west till you hit the lake. There are approx. 7 sites open yet as of 8/14/08. Sites have electric only for $20.00 a night and they have a dump station. The Stenz’s will be there and are planning to make a stop at Fusion’s restaurant Saturday night to listen to “KoJo” who plays a variety of Calypso, Ska, Reggae and much more. Should be fun. Don Stenz
October 10-12 – McLain State Park in the UP The weekend of October 10th is Family Weekend at Michigan Tech. We will be camping at McLain State Park on the beautiful shores of Lake Superior, just north of Houghton/Hancock on the Keweenaw Peninsula. I passed the info to the attendees of last weekend’s vintage rally. The Gundersons, Sinners, Stenzs, Connie, Bellings, someone in the Globetrotter, are all maybes!!!! Try to come up! Dress warm!

Come with us as we break away from the International Rally in Madison and jump on I 90 and run over to Sandusky, OH.(438 miles) Sandy and I will be departing the International Rally in Madison on July 5, 2009 and driving straight over to Cedar Point where we will be camping in their 5 star campground. We will return to Wisconsin the following Sunday July 12, 2009.
